Scott Christy is a Vice President on the Industrial Services team in the San Antonio office. Scott works with clients on their leasing and acquisition requirements, along with identifying new project leasing and sales opportunities across Central Texas.

Scott has over two decades of experience, most notably spending ten years as Vice President at Colglazier Properties, Inc., where he specialized in industrial sales and leasing. He handled tenant representation assignments for both industrial and office transactions, and managed industrial and flex facilities.

Scott also brings valuable experience as a Commercial Escrow Officer at Alamo Title Insurance, closing a range of complex commercial real estate transactions.

John A. Colglazier, Jr. was born and raised in San Antonio graduating from Alamo Heights High School in 1992 and from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Mr. Colglazier joined Colglazier Properties in 1996. He divides his time between the leasing and sales of all types of commercial properties, specializing in the the aquisition and disposition of income properties.

Mr. Colglazier has completed sale/lease transactions in excess of $20 million in total volume.

Kyle Kennan is a Partner in Partners’ San Antonio office. He is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with expertise in the lease and sale of industrial properties, as well as the acquisition and disposition of land tracts. Throughout his career, Kyle has facilitated over 1.5 million square feet of industrial leasing activity.

Kyle has earned multiple notable recognitions, including the 2022 CoStar Lease of the Year for Austin and CoStar Power Broker honors in multiple quarters. A highlight of his recent achievements is his involvement in arranging a major full-building lease with global electronics manufacturer Compal Electronics at TaylorPort Rail Park in Taylor, Texas—the 366,115-sq.-ft. deal was the largest new industrial lease of the year in Austin for 2025, underscoring his ability to execute high-impact transactions in competitive markets. Kyle’s strategic insight, positive collaboration, and commitment to client success continue to drive significant growth for the firm.

A  graduate of Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI, Kyle has been recognized for his outstanding achievements in the field. In 2022, he received the CoStar Lease of the Year for Austin, Texas, showcasing his commitment to excellence. Additionally, he has been honored as a CoStar Power Broker in both Q4 2022 and Q3 2023.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kyle brings a diverse background to the table. Prior to his career in real estate, he served as a collegiate football coach, demonstrating his leadership and teamwork skills. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including fishing, hiking, and hunting. His dedication to family and passion for music round out his multifaceted personality.
